Parking
There are 3 designated accessible car parks located within the main basement car park. The accessible car parks are closest to the passenger lifts. We also have 7 accessible parks on the plaza outside the Convention Centre. Some are located opposite the main entrance for easy access. Note you do require a Mobility Parking Permit to park in our designated car parks.
There is also a drop-off area directly outside Victory Convention Centre.
Wheelchairs, mobility scooters
You are welcome to use your personal wheelchair or mobility scooter within our beautiful facility.
Garden & Convention Centre access
Vehicles can drive to the top plaza if carrying visitors with limited mobility. However, access is limited during event set ups.

All paths inside the foyer spaces, break out rooms and theatre are accessible for wheelchair users, pushchairs and mobility scooters.
Amenities
We have 3 accessible toilet facilities and 2 toilets with diaper boards for parents to attend to their loved ones.
VCC has an accessible shower room.
All public buildings on the grounds can be accessed by wheelchair.
